I am a paediatric speech pathologist with over 20 years of international experience working in a range of paediatric services in the UK, New Zealand and Australia.
I began my career in London working in special education, supporting autistic children and children with other social or communication needs to access a modified curriculum. From here, I joined the NHS and worked in both the school and preschool services for a number of years.
Ten years ago, I moved to Auckland to work for NZ’s national AAC service, moving into the role of clinical lead. Following this, I took a senior position at a child development service at an Auckland hospital, working with a caseload of children under 3 with complex communication and/or feeding needs.
In early 2023, I moved to Sydney and I began my new work chapter, pursuing my passion by helping children reach their full communication potential through fun, motivating and empowering therapy sessions.
